Small van deliveries are not available

7.5 Ton lorry tail lift capacity is 750kg full pallets will over load the tail lift so half pallets only unless the customer has a fork lift truck to unload the lorry. (if 7.5t truck available in your area)

18 Ton trucks and above can carry and lower full pallets to the floor using the tail lift and lowered to the ground and possibly wheeled a short distance if on a level paved surface.

We will despatch your order usually within 2-4 working days.

Orders are delivered on pallets via an independent courier and generally take 4-6 working days from despatch but have taken longer lately.

If you haven’t received your order in 8 working days, please contact us and we will chase it up.

Unfortunately, next day deliveries, Saturday deliveries, AM/PM specific deliveries or book in deliveries are not available.

someone will have to be on site at the delivery location to receive the shipment.

Any failed deliveries may be charged extra if

• Customer is not present to receive the order
• Information isn’t passed on or incorrect about road restrictions i.e., low bridges, narrow roads, weight restrictions.
• Any failed deliveries due to unsuitable access or safety may still be charged for.

All deliveries are made with a large lorry

(higher sides and longer than a  large bin lorry) with a tail lift and a pallet truck. Unless agreed otherwise:

• The larger delivery trucks are not able to access small roads/lanes,
• They are not able to leave paved surfaces.
• There has to be enough room to get delivery vehicles on and off the delivery address safely.
• Deliveries may have to be left at the kerbside, drivers will not hand bail the bags off the pallet.
• Drivers are only able to put the pallet just to the side of the lorry.

Please ensure its a safe delivery location and must have ample room for large vehicles with a safe level place provided for offloading.

The delivery driver will require a signature.

If your delivery address is not suitable for large delivery trucks an alternative address can be given as long as you have permission to do so by the owner.
